What you’ll experience

Short theory → guided practice → a protocol you can repeat.

Session flow

Session 1 (30 min): science, energetics, ancient principles.
Reflection: simple prep practices.
Session 2 (40 min): active breathwork to move energy and release.

After your session

You’ll receive your protocol, a short check‑in note, and guidance for 7 days.

Contraindications

Pregnancy, epilepsy, recent surgeries, serious cardiac/respiratory conditions, unmanaged psychiatric conditions — choose gentler work or consult a clinician first.
