Transformational coaching/education and spiritual practice guidance. Not medical/psych/ legal/financial advice.

Safety & Eligibility

18+. For intense breathwork, avoid if pregnant; epilepsy; recent surgery; serious cardiac/respiratory/neuro issues; unmanaged psychiatric conditions. Share relevant history, go at your own pace, stop anytime.

Consent & Risk

Practices may surface emotions/memories. You participate voluntarily and take responsibility for your wellbeing.

Privacy

Confidential sessions (except where law requires). No recordings without consent. Minimal data for delivery; request access/correction/deletion via hello@himanshuomsharma.com. No sale of personal data.

Scheduling

IST timezone. Reschedule ≥24h free. Late window 15 min; session still ends on time. <24h/no‑show: forfeited.

Payments

Prices in INR. Pay at booking (unless noted). Prices may change; confirmed bookings keep their price. GST invoice on request.

Refunds (by offering)

  • 1:1 Sessions: No refunds once booked; reschedule ≥24h. Emergencies may receive one‑time credit at our discretion.
  • Mentoring (4 weeks): Deposit/first payment non‑refundable. If stopping after Week 1, pro‑rated credit for unused weeks (valid 90 days). After Week 2 begins: non‑refundable.
  • Quantum Meditation (custom): Non‑refundable once intake starts or file delivered. One correction within 7 days.
  • Workshops: Non‑refundable. Transfer to another date/participant ≥72h. If we cancel: full refund or credit.
  • Retreats: Deposit non‑refundable. Balance due ~10 days before. Transfer spot ≥14 days (venue rules apply). If you cancel ≥21 days: credit (excluding deposit); <21 days: non‑refundable. If we cancel: full refund of amounts paid to us (not third‑party travel/visa costs). Force majeure applies.

Refund process: Email hello@himanshuomsharma.com (subject: Refund Request). Approved refunds to original method in 7–10 business days (bank speeds vary). Please contact us before chargebacks.

Conduct & IP

Be respectful; no harassment or unauthorised recording/sharing. All materials © Himanshu OM Sharma / Return to Inner Self. Personal use ok; commercial use requires permission.

Disputes & Law

Good‑faith conversation first. If needed: confidential arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), seat Gurugram, Haryana. Governing law: India.
